Gas Power Plant

In response to the national need for expanding small-scale gas-fired power generation, and considering the technical, engineering, environmental, and clean-fuel advantages of these systems, Ariana Petro Tavan decided to design and implement small-scale gas power plants in Iran.

The company’s first power plant, named Saleh 7th, was fully financed by Ariana Petro Tavan and constructed in Tonekabon, Mazandaran Province. The facility has a nominal capacity of 16 MW and is built on a 4,000-square-meter area. Relying on the technical expertise and engineering capabilities of its experienced specialists, the company successfully completed all engineering, installation, and commissioning stages within a 12-month schedule, strictly following manufacturer guidelines and international standards.

The power plant is currently operational and, under an agreement with Tavanir and the Mazandaran Regional Electricity Company, feeds electricity directly into the national power grid.
